AI Blocker ("we", "our", or "us") is a Chrome browser extension that blocks AI tools and APIs. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what we never do.
We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service:
chrome.storage.local.We don't collect or store your IP address for tracking or analytics. When you interact with our service providers — Supabase for account management and Stripe for payments — those providers may process your IP address as part of delivering and securing their services, in line with their own privacy policies.
AI Blocker uses Chrome's built-in declarativeNetRequest API to block requests. This happens entirely within your browser — no request data is ever sent to our servers. We have no visibility into what gets blocked on your device.
Account creation is optional. The Free tier works with no account at all. If you create an account to access Pro features, your email and subscription status are stored securely via Supabase. We do not sell, rent, or share your account information with any third party.
Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
Your custom block rules and allowlist are stored locally on your device using Chrome's storage API. Your account data (email, subscription status) is stored in our Supabase database hosted in the United States.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us.
AI Blocker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of AI Blocker after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
